Monday Jan. 30, around 8:15/8:30 got ice cream cone in a cup. Ate about half of it, although it tasted sour. I was trying to figure out if ice cream can spoil or not. I immediately returned to the store to advise them to discontinue serving it. Several hours later the symptoms hit. Severe nausea, followed by stomach cramps and watery stool. The next morning head ache and chills kicked in as the other two symptoms continued. The nausea carried on till I gave up and took Zofran. The other symptoms lasted about 4 days. I was unable to eat and hold anything in. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Chills
