Ate a spicy chicken taquito and within 30 min developed severe abdominal cramping and diarrhea. Several episodes of watery diarrhea over the last three hours and has now progressed to bloody diarrhea. I called the store to also report it and as far as they knew, there were no other reported cases, but that was the only thing I had eaten for the day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Bloody Stool
