It was reminiscent of the great bubonic plague of 1665 to 1666.
I was vomiting for 4 hrs even when I had nothing left to give, then diarrhoea, until I was completely purged of anything eaten in the last month, then violently shaking, and extremes of hot and cold, the menu said plant based, Quorn is fungus based (I already know I have an intolerance too Quorn - and avoid it) 🤢 🤮.
