- comments: observed rodent activity on premises. Found 60 or more mouse droppings on the floor in the basement electrical panel room in the corner area and 40 or more in the corner area where the hot water tank is located. Instructed to clean all areas and have pest control company service prior to reinspection next week. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a), citation issued.

- comments: found holes in the lower wall outside of the tool room; instructed to seal holes in wall. Observed the ceiling of the small storage room in the basement in poor repair; instructed to repair. Leaking observed from that area of the ceiling onto the floor; repair leak.
