I bought a box of Kellogs Mega Raisin Bran Nov '23. I usually eat it on the same days I take my Moynjaro medication cause nothing sounds appetizing on this med. I thought I was getting sick from my med but the 3rd bowl this month had me heaving, vomiting, diarrhea, and excruciating intestinal pain. I guess whatever was wrong in the box was worse towards the bottom, but all 3 times I has severe nausea and had to call off work. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
