Within 3 hours of eating a box combo (no slaw just fries, Texas toast, chicken of course and the sauce) I was having severe stomach cramps, chills and the pain was so bad I was balled up and crying. Then following the other symptoms of nausea, diarrhea and right after vomiting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
