Additional information: I needed to have things delivered to me for hydration because I was too weak to move.
I ordered a box combo with extra toast no coleslaw but extra fries. Ate everything and went to sleep. I woke up a couple hours later with an upset stomach. I puked everything I ate. I puked 3 more times because my stomach wouldn't take anything but water. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dehydration, Weakness
