Food Safety Report - Raley's, Elk Grove California

On Tuesday,, November 28, 2017 approximately 10:00 a.m. I ate a Jimmy Dean Breakfast Bowl at my job. I had a staff meeting at 11 a.m. and while in the staff meeting, which was around 12 p.m. I started feeling uncomfortable. I felt a slight headache, but I stayed in the meeting. After the meeting I went back to my office and continued to work. Around 3:30 which is the time I get off of work, I started feeling bad. My headache had gotten worse along with my stomach hurting and I felt as if I was going to vomit. After work, I pick up my son from school and our plan was to go to Starbucks so my son can study and I could work on my project, but I was feeling increasing ill. I told my son, that we would not be going to Starbucks because I feel sick. So we went home. I laid down on the couch and about an hour I started vomiting and having diarrhea. It didn't stop. I only had the Breakfast Bowl that day, so I was vomiting up the green and yellow bile. It was horrible and this continued throughout the night, the next morning I was still vomiting and couldn't go to work. If felt I was getting dehydrated, so I tried drinking water, but I would vomit the water right away. I tried sucking on ice chips and still vomit. It was awful. This continued through the next evening. Today, which is Thursday, Nov. 30th. I feel much better but my back and stomach is very sore and I am very weak. I still have approximately four (4) Jimmy Dean's Breakfast bowls in my refrigerator which I bought from Raley's in Elk Grove, CA that I will definitely dispose of in the garbage can.
