My boyfriend and I both ate at Chick-fil-A around 7pm Friday night and woke up with severe diarrhea and stomach cramping Saturday morning. I had a chicken sandwich and he had chicken tenders.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Went out with 3 friends we all got steak, mash potatoes, mixed veggies, Mac and cheese. We ate all the food on 3/24/26 literally the next day we all have a fever, stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea.
