Discolored Chili Dogs Illness - Rally's, Springfield Ohio

I ordered some food on the way home spent over $26 and notice the chili dogs were really discolored after I almost ate the whole thing. I figured that’s possibly how they are?
Well now I can’t stop throwing up and my stomach hurts so bad. I will send a picture of the hot dog. They didn’t even give a receipt for the order. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
