Had the red neck taco with chicken. They guy said he will make it special. I got sick eleven hours later. I got dizzy and it got worse and worse. I had a fever of 103 and went to emergency care. After a blood test, and stool sample they said it would take two days to get the results. Luckily they gave me an antibiotic based on best guess. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
