My boyfriend and I had a classic crust, pepperoni Red Baron pizza for dinner just before 8 pm. We added some mezzetta pickled jalapeños on top for flair. Several hours later, we both started having nausea, and my boyfriend began to frequently use the restroom. Just now my boyfriend threw up, and I feel I may soon. It is the only thing we had for dinner, and we experienced no symptoms earlier in the day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
