Went to have a nice family dinner Wednesday night, had oysters and the salmon New Orleans, about 5hours later I got home feeling ill and tired, next morning I woke up with bad stomach pain, my body temperature would change from hot to cold as I had a fever at one point then I was shivering so much at another point that even my teeth were shattering, I went to bed Thursday night with a bad fever and bad nausea, Friday morning woke up throwing up non stop, all day had nausea and stomach pain and couldn't eat a thing, felt as if I was punched in my gut, today Saturday again throwing up non stop in the morning on an empty stomach and 2 hrs later got more cramps and diahrrea, BLACK TAR LIKE DIARRHEA, I'm in so much pain, pepto bismol hasn't helped one bit, still nauseaous and the one time I did eat today I threw it back up | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
