Sunday 05/13/18 at about 4pm. Ordered Sweet chili shrimp and lobster tacos. Woke up with nausea the next morning but thought it was just lack of sleep. Severe diarrhea by 9am. By noon I was throwing up in the toilet at work. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
