Rapid Onset Post-Meal Illness - Red Lobster, Lewisville Texas

I had to send back dirty silverware for a replacement, so I am concerned about the cleanliness of the restaurant in general. But I suspect either the Rainbow Trout or the coleslaw. Within 10 minutes of leaving the restaurant and driving home, I began to have severe cramps and indigestion. I made it home in about 20 minutes and had all of the symptoms for hours. It was a rough afternoon. Because the symptoms were so quick and violent, I knew it was poisoning. I had not eaten anything else that day and was not taking any medication. This was my first meal of the day.
