Suspected source: Steak and Lobster Tail
Onset: 5 hours

Additional information: We got this for dinner at around 5:45pm after not eating anything all day. Within a couple of hours of eating dinner, my boyfriend had severe stomach cramps and by 1am, my boyfriend was projectile vomiting and stayed this way till his stomach was empty. He’s now in bed and luckily has not thrown up since around 5am. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
