We had dinner & my 8 year old ordered the kids mac n' cheese w/mandarin oranges. Had some of my fries with ketchup. She woke up vomiting at 1am with a headache. Proceeded to vomit 6-7 times throughout the night until her stomach was completely empty. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
