I went in on May 4th 2023 evening to eat dinner with my family about 7pm, I ordered a Chicken salad, I ate all of them.Later that night around 1am,my stomach started to get upset.about 4pm ,I started to have diarrhea and vomiting.The next day,I was having headaches and dehydration and muscle aches. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache, Muscle Pain
