I had dinner with my family on 11/15/2020 and I had the California Chicken Sandwich and the rest of my family had a burger. I have been sick with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea since 11/18/2020. I had went to the doctors twice and placed on medications to help with the symptoms. I recently was seen in the ER on 12/6/2020 and it was noted that I have had a 20 pound weight loss. Again given medications to help with the symptoms. Yesterday 12/8/2020 I received a call that my stool sample was positive for Salmonella. The time that I ate here was the ONLY time I ate different than my family. My family is not ill but I am. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
