Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
Suspected source: Either mushroomburger from red robin or shredded chicken from target good and gather brand name

Additional information: Constant stomach pain also and lack of bowel and bladder control when throwing up. Ate mushroom burger at around 3 or 4pm felt cramps bloated not well at around 3 or 4 am massive stomach pain cramping dirreah non stop then throwing up won't stop terrible pains in stomach chills | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Bloating
