Buffet Soup Causes Hospitalization - Red Rock Buffet,

Had Hot and Sour and Egg Drop Soup at the Lunch Buffet on 3 Feb 2016. Got sick 3 hrs later. Vomiting and watery stools. Light headed through out the night. Waking up several times to vomit. Went to Hospital emergency room. Admitted for a 5 night stay due to food contamination. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
