- comments: nozzle on the three-compartment sink does not reach all three compartments to enable washing, rinsing, and sanitizing. Must provide a nozzle to reach all compartments of the three-compartment sink. Priority foundation violation.

- comments: all holes, open cracks, crevices in all walls and ceilings must be sealed. ----missing and water damaged ceiling tiles throughout the facility must be replaced. ----tape on the wall behind the cooks line must be removed. ----raw wood under the marble counter of the bar must be painted/sealed.
