4 of use dined at the hotel on Friday. 2 of us had ice cream, we were both ill Saturday night/Sunday. l am just getting over a triple heart by pass and had to miss my medication due to vomiting. l have also suffered a fall, It happened on Saturday afternoonAs a result of this visit to the plaza hotel l have had diarrhea and sickness to such an extent that l could not keep my medication down. I have recently had triple heart bypass and l missed two sets of meds. This made me so unwell l could not attend my hospital appointment. I believe due to the lack of food a fall was bought on. Frightening and painful. I so house bound and feeling dizzy l can not get to a Drs. Friends have have to bring in more medication and persific food. I live alone. I only want it known how l have suffered due to their careless hygiene and they to understand this. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness
