Rice Dish Causes Illness - Walmart, Portland Indiana

I made the family sized box of chicken rice a Roni on Monday, July 7th of 2025. I used bottled water and a fresh stick of margarine. Not the whole stick, just what the box called for. Later that evening I had a headache, as well as nausea. Today, July 10 I have thrown up several times and one of those times I had undigested rice a Roni in it. My stomach, and head hurts as well. My daughter, who also ate the rice, has had diarrhea at least 5 times in the past two days. I don't have a stomach condition so it wasn't that. We are it just after it finished cooking | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
