An hr ago I ate ritz peanut butter crackers, and got major diarrhea, Vomiting, nausea, and it’s the only thing I ate today, the diarrhea is painful and it won’t stop! It happened after I got sick after eating ritz peanut butter

07/26 update: My symptoms Are still the same , vomiting, diarrhea and nausea, but I have pepto bismuth for it, and just in bed rest | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
