Vegan Meal Causes Illness - Riverside, Riverside California

Ordered a plant based turkey on Thursday June 11th 2026 . It was the first and last meal of my day . The next morning I had a fever , a headache, body aches ,stomach pain and dehydration. The worst thing about it I was using the restroom 15-25 times a day. Haven’t been able to sleep at all . This has been ongoing till today June 15th 2026.
