If you guys need an outline for safe food practices there are free online resources I recommend be passed onto the chefs as I doubt the reputation of this place will hold up if practices fall any further downhill, in the UK the entirety of these restaurants would be shut down until staff were retrained and a Food Safety plan installed. It would be expected of any 5* hotel to have food standards that comply with international standards not just the bare minimum required of the country, this is a disappointing fact and I hope we can be somewhat compensated for our trouble & consideration in dealing with this manner.
