Scallops, I had the scallop lunch special on Saturday April 3, 2022 at this restaurant in Chicago. Four hours later I began to feel ill and feverish. Over night nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea took over…as did 102f temp . 36 hours later my gut is still shaky and I am maintaining a low grade fever 99.7-100.1f. One of the worst 24hrs of my life | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
