I was fasting, and I went to Costco, I bought a Roast Beef sandwich, it was my first time eating one and I didn't know what it should taste like, it didn't taste rotten but it didn't taste good either. After 2 hours I was very sick, with a lot of gas, then stomach pain, diarrhea and vomiting. I'm sure it was that, I don't know if lettuce or meat or tomatoes but I'm very sick and in pain, the handling of meat must be very meticulous, especially since it's cold. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas, Stomach Pain
