Additional information: I had groceries delivered from Walmart yesterday 8/20/23. This is 1st time I ever ate a sub from them. Roastbeef w Cheese. I only ate half. Few hours after eating stomach had dull pain. Lasted all night. Today 8/21 multiple loose bowel movements, maybe bleeding? Continued stomach pain with sick feeling. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Headache
