Pizza, Ate cheese pizza slice for lunch with a friend. We also had a couple drinks so at first i thought I was woozy from booze. Took a nap when I got home and woke up with stomach cramps and vomiting and diarrhea started shortly after. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
