This restaurant catered the Philadelphia Chinese Lantern Festival last month. At the festival I ate the chicken satay and over the next three days I became increasingly sick. I ended up going to the hospital and testing positive for campylobacter - a foodborne disease specifically caused by eating undercooked poultry. I had not consumed any other poultry for several days before this and had no symptoms prior to the festival. After the festival, however, my symptoms lasted over a week. I spoke with the Department of Health but did not initially remember the restaurant name, so am only reporting it now. I would avoid this restaurant by all costs.
