I made taco salad and used romaine lettuce from there on mine. My son and husband had iceberg lettuce. 6 hours later and I get the worst stomach pains I’ve ever had followed by vomiting (I rarely get sick). My son and husband were fine. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Stomach Pain
