Had the seafood ravioli, lobster bisque, and stuffed mushrooms at Macaroni Grill on West Irlo Bronson at around 5PM on 04/14. At around 9-10pm that same day, I started experiencing severe symptoms consistent with food poisoning: projectile vomiting, constant nausea and gagging, severe diarrhea, fever and chills, and abdominal pain.
