Me and my partner ate chips and the 4 dip as well as a Chimichanga with cheese and both of us were feverish, horrible headache, stomach cramping and flu like symptoms. My parents also at there separate from us and my mom got sick with same issues. My dad was fine. But didn't eat the chips and cheese. My dad ate pizza and tacos, so he's not sick | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Headache
