I order the Taco Tuesday special: chicken tacos on 4/11/23. 28 hrs later I became very ill with nausea, stomach cramps, and diarrhea. I experienced several episodes throughout the night with the diarrhea becoming bloody. Intermittent cramping continued throughout the next day. The following morning I awoke to a painful headache and nausea. I vomited up the Tylenol and water I tried to take. The headache persisted throughout the day. It is now late afternoon and I was finally able to keep down a Tylenol and my headache has improved by 75%. I was the only one in my family to eat the Taco Tuesday special chicken tacos and the only one to get sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
