so I went for two days Friday and Saturday because I’ve never been there so it was my first time and I ate a quesadilla with cheese and meat and later in the night I ate some tacos and in the morning I got diarrhea and a headache from the food and I was assuming I got food poisoning and the headache still persists even though I took some pain medication same goes with the diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
