I ordered an Italian sausage pizza and a Caesar salad from this location around 9pm on 3/16/24. At around 3am I had severe stomach cramps, diarrhea and vomiting. I had a 6:17AM flight the next morning. Needless to say I missed my flight. As I was returning my rental car I became sick and started to vomit at the rental return at the airport. My 2yr old granddaughter also became ill as well. I had to get an IV as I was dehydrated from all the vomiting and diarrhea. I put the remaining pizza in a ziplocked bag and froze it. It is now 4:00 on 3/17/24 and I am still feeling weak. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration
