Chicken Bowl Illness Strikes - Roti, Washington District of Columbia

I had the flip the bird bowl with included chicken, rice, vegetables, and lentils. I ate around 7pm, and by 6am I was woken up with horrible stomach pain and nausea. I felt lightheaded doing basic activities (walking to the grocery store, getting on the bus). The next day, my symptoms improved and I was able to eat. However, as of writing this, my symptoms have come back in full force this evening. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain
