On 6/15/19 i went golfing at Iberostar. Had tuna salad for lunch. later that afternoon, had a chicken burger from the outside grill at the Royalton Bavaro Resort. Prior to dinner, i started to feel ill. It got much worse very quickly. Nausea, tense, fatigue, tremors and general malaise. Went outside to collect myself, which i could not accomplish. Almost passed out, could'nt focus and was feeling worse. Could hardly keep my eyes from closing on me and intense indigestion. My arms went COMPLETELY NUMB!! Wife and friends freaking out... Finally fell off of the chair and vomited profusely for a bit. When finished, i felt a little bit better and realized that i was not gonna die at that particular moment, so i washed up and headed back to my room. slept the night away. next two days were verrrry unpleasant on my entire digestive system. really wasn't sure i was going to make it during the worst of it... | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Migraine, Indigestion
