My husband and I traveled with a group to the Royalton Chic in Punta Cana from Nov. 9-12, 2023. We only ate at the resort. We both started getting sick on our way back to the states. We had fever of 102, flu-like malaise and severe diahhrea for several days. Others from our group got sick as well. Culture from the hospital lab determined Salmonella as the cause. We never want to travel outside the USA again. Two weeks later and we are still trying to recover. Something should be done with so many reports of illness. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Other
