Went to lunch with family I ate the surf and turf tacos special. Later that evening felt indegestion and serious flatulance. Next day went to work suffered headache, stomach cramping. Nausea and diarrhea all day. Now I’m peeing out of my behind and feeling dizzy from dehydration and loss of appetite. I feel horrible.
