Bean and cheese burrito, house red salsa, chips, churros. Extreme vomiting, diarrhea, joint pain. I have only had food poisoning a few times and this is it.

Went to lunch with family I ate the surf and turf tacos special. Later that evening felt indegestion and serious flatulance. Next day went to work suffered headache, stomach cramping. Nausea and diarrhea all day. Now I’m peeing out of my behind and feeling dizzy from dehydration…
