Had food delivered Sunday night and ate Sunday night. Stomach pains began an hour later. Monday morning symptoms of nausea, headache and severe diarrhea. Vomiting began around 12 noon and ended around 4pm along with diarrhea. Other household members ate different foods and were not affected.
