Fish Burrito Illness Reported - Rubio's, Roseville California

I was working and my wife brought me and here brother a fish burrito. As soon as bit into it i knew it was different it was very oily not like the usual. That night I got a huge headache. Saturday morning I got the feever at 103.8. I slept feeling really sick the whole day and night. Sunday got up and my headache was better but now I had pain in my upper and lower back. Sunday night I spent running back to the restroom with diarrhea. My brother in law had the same symptoms but not as bad as me. I'm 29 athletic in good shape so I don't know what else it could be. I only ate a small piece of home made omelet on Sunday. I was just drinking a lot of water. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
