Mango Salad Illness Strikes - Rubio's, El Cajon California

I ate at Rubios for lunch yesterday, June 19, 2018. I had the orange mango salad with chicken. I always put salsa on top of everything so I added a variety of the available salsas. This lunch was at about 1:15 PM. I had nothing else to eat or drink anywhere, including that morning at my home. This was the only food or drink I had all day. Around 5 PM I was suddenly so sick I thought I was going to die. Violent vomiting violent diarrhea horrible cramping and so weak I could not stand and support my own weight. It went through my system and I felt drained but no longer actively nauseated by about 7 PM. I just went to sleep after that. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
