Went to Ruth chris at harrahs in vegas last night. 5 hours later I’m vomiting, diarrhea and chills. I ordered ribeye medium, Brussel sprouts side, and had one Paloma. Only other thing I ate that day was a smoothie. Was definitely something from Ruth chris….beware | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Gas
