Had supper with my husband at about 7:00pm April 30. I ate a few bites of creamed spinach before deciding to send it back because it tasted odd and wasn't hot. That's the only thing I ate that my husband didn't. Around 11:00 pm that night I started having stomach and gut pain that rapidly escalated to severe pain. Diarrhea and vomiting soon followed and continued for the next few hours, and then on and off through the rest of the night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
