Used this only once, put about half table spoon in my coffee on a friday morning. First caused major bloating and painfully gas, then insane sharp stomach pains. Felt like I had glass cutting my lower stomach. Friday night around midnight I was peeled over on my hands and knees with chills, pain and I almost went to the ER. The only change in my diet has been Ryze. I googled and have no read these reviews and complaints about ryze doing this to people. Its Sunday and my stomach is still in so much pain.
