I live in Sacramento, CA, and I have been noticing on the site a lot of restaurants being cited for “vermin and animal contamination.” Recently, the city introduced a new program to “reduce methane” pollution. It involved placing “organic waste bins” at every residence and business. Homeless people are eating out of the bins, and rats are drawn to the bins. There are many complaints about the horrible unintended consequences of these organic waste bins.
